 in the Ogwen valley with walks and cycle way adjacent to the mill, A 30min stroll will take you to some wonderfull water falls
 & a 20min drive to  Snowdon-LLanberis-Conway-Cearnarfon-Betws-y-coed-Anglsey or Bangor  pier.

The Mill is located close to some of the finest mountain walking in North Wales. A few miles south along the A5 are the starting points for great walks in Snowdonia which take you into the Glyders and Carneddau mountains. The variety is immense from challenging scrambles on iconic Tryfan to less tecnically demanding mountain routes on the Carneddau.
